Whistleblower Channel

Racional created a whistleblowing channel for employees, suppliers, clients, partners and other stakeholders to make suggestions, submit complaints, or report any concerns about our activities. This channel contributes towards the consolidation of an ethical and transparent work environment across the organization.

All information will be treated with utmost secrecy. Incoming enquiries are handled by TMF Group B.V., an independent company that acquired the outsourcing division of PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), which is recognized worldwide for its audit and consulting services. Therefore, Racional will safeguard your confidentiality throughout the complaint handling process, including during verification of facts.
