Organizational Structure
Racional's value proposition is established through three strategic Business Areas that have strong synergy with each other: Engineering, Construction and Real Estate Portfolio.
Considering the nature and specificity of each Business Area and with the purpose of promoting greater efficiency in management processes, the following organizational structure was designed around a single strategy:
The Engineering and Construction Business Areas are developed by Racional Engenharia, while the Real Estate Portfolio Business Area is developed by Racional Properties.
Racional Holding Company's structure is arranged into nuclear organizational groups, whose purpose is to facilitate systemic vision within the two companies under the Holding Company. These groups are clustered around the Integrating Group, therefore rendering the information flow and decision-making process more agile and responsive.
