Rio de Janeiro - RJ
A multi-purpose development, the RioCidadeNova Business Complex houses a convention center, two corporate buildings and a listed building, and provides an excellent choice to rent intelligent business offices in central Rio de Janeiro. Boasts 60,000 sqm of leasable area and is comprised of:
SulAmérica Convention Center
A building boasting 24,000 sqm of floor area, the SulAmérica Convention Center is located in downtown Rio de Janeiro and was completed in 2007. The facility can hold up to 6,000 people and is designed to host corporate events, private functions, trade fairs, exhibitions and other commercial and promotional activities. This groundbreaking convention center stands out for its state-of-the-art facilities, privileged location and full service infrastructure.
Torre Norte (North Tower)
With 23,500 sqm of floor area, the Torre Norte building was delivered by Racional in April 2009 and became the new SulAmérica Insurance headquarters.
Torre Sul (South Tower)
With 11,000 sqm of floor area, the Torre Sul building is occupied by five large Brazilian companies.
São Paulo – SP
This logistics park was built using the latest technologies and boasts a total area of 180,000 sqm and 105,000 sqm of leasable area. Situated in a privileged location in São Paulo's West area – at the intersection of Mario Covas Ringroad and Raposo Tavares Highway – this development meets the demand for deliveries at specific times in compliance with the laws for operation of commercial vehicles and delivery times in the city of São Paulo. Campinas – SP
This 175,000 sqm logistics park situated in the city of Indaiatuba, São Paulo State, is currently undergoing construction and adopts the same basic design concepts used for the Centeranel Raposo. Built along the Santos Dumont Highway, when ready it will also meet the increasing freight demand that will result from the proposed expansion of the nearby Viracopos International Airport.
