Hotels and Resorts

Racional designed the project for this 5-star hotel, which was fully monitored by US and European consultants. Located in São Paulo’s central business district in a restricted size area, its construction demanded a complex logistical planning as regards materials conveyance, personnel movement, internal and external transportation and storage. The hotel has 200 guest rooms, convention hall, laundry, boiler room, kitchens and restaurants. Special attention was paid to utilities, acoustics, building automation and waste treatment.
