Shopping Malls and Retail

A 75,000 sqm project designed by Baruki & Paione Architects and built in the city of Porto Alegre, southern Brazil. The mall is a predominantly horizontal facility on two floors boasting 45,800 sqm of shop area and 26,800 sqm of common areas including hallways, technical rooms and administration offices. Construction will involve earthwork, drainage and outdoor paving on both entrance levels. This was the seventh construction project commissioned to Racional by the Multiplan Group.
